5. Refund Policy

LinearDock offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for most products. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories and packaging. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Certain products, such as opened headphones or customized keyboards, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price.
